Confidently commanding historic glory and grandeur, 601 Broderick has been thoughtfully reconceived and comprehensively renovated to exceed today’s highest standards of living.  The fully detached, light-drenched, corner home has grand scale rooms with soaring ceilings that provide a perfect canvas for optimal living.

The main level of the home offers a formal living room and dining room with verdant out looks, a chef’s kitchen with marble counters and stainless-steel appliances, a media/entertainment room with blackout shades, wet bar, fireplace, and direct access to the low-maintenance backyard.  The level is completed by an office/zoom room and served by a powder room.

The bedroom level features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on one level.  A luxurious master suite with spa-like bathroom and south facing terrace makes every day feel like a vacation. A second ensuite bedroom with terrace access, two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a separate laundry area complete the level.

The pent-level of the home is crowned by 12 skylights and has two bonus rooms and a full bathroom.  This level is a prime space for entertainment or a children’s play area and evokes a celestial experience and a true departure from the day-to-day.

The lower level of the home has two large bonus rooms (ideal for a gym, and guest quarters), a full bathroom, sauna unit, systems room, and large storage closet.  The home has internal access to a 2 car parking garage with abundant storage rooms.

The home features A/V Savant integration video and security cameras, three zoned furnaces, two tankless water heaters, and alarm.

601 Broderick is located in San Francisco’s vibrant NOPA neighborhood, studded with some of the City’s best offerings. Fine restaurants, bars, Alamo Square Park, Bi-Rite and Falletti’s, and The Mill are all within close walking distance.

601 Broderick Street

The North of Panhandle area, or Nopa, is rapidly becoming one of the city's most in-demand neighborhoods. Situated just north of Golden Gate Park's Panhandle, and abutted by the Divisadero corridor, you'll always feel there's something to do, and within walking distance! Here you'll feel central to everything, with easy freeway access via Fell and Oak streets, several Muni lines at your doorstep, and very easily navigable bicycle routes. And yet, the nearby green spaces imbue the entire area with a low key, peaceful air. Services and entertainment are easily accessed, making car-free living a very appealing lifestyle choice.

In addition to Divisadero's many trendy cafes, clubs and shops, you can do your grocery shopping at the Lucky Center on Fulton, and hit up Broderick Place for speciality deli goods. Homes near the Panhandle are exceptionally desirable. There are also multi-unit apartment buildings and condos for the investment buyer. It's also a great spot to bike, shoot hoops or just chill out by the bandstand. Young professionals and students, families, and long-time residents fill up Nopa's many Victorian and Edwardian single family homes and multi-unit buildings.

There are plenty of opportunities to meet your neighbors, be it at Sunday's Divisadero Farmer's Market or the bi-monthly Divisadero Art Walk. The North of Panhandle Neighborhood Association does a wonderful job of organizing events and keeping everyone informed of neighborhood news. The neighborhood even has its own parents' group.
